This company is nothing but a scam. I ordered and paid for the service only to be left waiting at home for DAYS for them to come and pick up my package, which they never did. I called them hundred of times and was completely ignored. In the end, I had to pay so much for extra luggage on my flight and they only messaged me to tell me they can't refund me. I honestly don't know how a company like that wasn't legally prosecuted yet for scammers they are.
