The guy who pick my luggage in Hungary didn’t knew how to speak English; he didn’t accepted my luggage in stretch film, he said that it should be in a box (when in the website says that a suitcase/ luggage can be in stretch film); the costumer service was awful and didn’t helped me with anything; the only “positive” point is that the luggage arrived in one week, but the
