Our customer Francesco Buscemi has booked and paid for a parcel with Paypal to collect from us in Finland. Parcel never picked up. And the money paid never refunded by Eurosender to Francesco Buscemi. We and Francesco Buscemi have contacted another courier and the packadge is traveling.
