The subcontractor Eurosender hired did not deliver the package and the items inside in a good condition. Half of the items were broken and I filed a complaint but Eurosender said it is my fault for sending fragile items. The items I sent were not fragile and they should have been better kept.
I am definitely not using Eurosender services any more and will not recommend it to anybody. On the contrary, I will look for better service with another courrier company.
