they worked with DPD Polska (poland), which made a terrible job. DPD did not come to pick up my packages, I had to bring them to a deposit area. My luggages eventually all arrived to France, but more than 1.5 week after i left them, meaning 3 times longer than the 3 days policy Eurosender claims to have. Eurosender's customer service had the audacity to tell me it was my fault if the delivery man from DPD Never came to my door even though i stayed stuck at home from 10am to 18pm to wait for him. Outrageous.
I will never use them ever again !!
