I have used Eurosender services before, but this time for the first time I have ordered to transport goods on pallet.
Problems I had:
- pick-up happened a week after my confirmation
- delivery happened a week after pick-up
- there was no direct feedback, I always had to ask what is happening with my pallet...
Service was great, just it really needed TOO MUCH time!!!
