Eurosender service is just great. GLS as a courier are a bit challenging to deal with though making it an imperfect experience.
The fact that the pickup and drop-off window is 9-18 is the worst way to deal with a customer ever, and this was how the pickup was delayed for several months. It would be better if GLS can provide an accurate 2-3 hour window that woould be reasonable for someone to wait for them.
