It’s really the worst shipping service ever. Dealing with GLS it a nightmare delayed on the pickup and awful customer service they have no information and all the time they hang the line up and making fake promises to call me back. Till now the package not been delivered yet with no option for tracking since the website is not updated with any additional information since the pickup date!
