I‘m not satisfied of Eurosender service at all. Nobody collected my suitcase on the requested day, nor on the following days, even if I was at home the whole time.
The Eurosender assistance didn‘t help me to solve the problem, therefore I had to bring my suitcase to the deposit myself. It was a very horrible experience, and I totally do not recommend their service: they are extremely unprofessional. For this reason, I won’t send anything with Eurosender again: it’s a waste of time and money.
