I ordered a pickup from Stockholm on Wednesday morning and their system showed first available day the Saturday.
The same afternoon the available day changed and it became Monday, five days after my order!
After two days I received a message telling me that I needed to contact them and finally the pickup became available on Wednesday or Thursday, a week after my order!
What kind of three-day service you offer, when you only can collect a parcel a week after the order?
