Hello,
My consignment was collected in the UK on the 13th of February. I was promised a dedicated van and delivery to Stockholm on the 15th or 16th of February.
The delivery was made on the 19th of February because the van was used for multiple other deliveries in mainland Europe.
I was lied to repeatedly. Terrible service.
I should be compensated for this.
