horrible service for the insane amount of money one spends for delivery, 15 days passed and I am still waiting for my bag to arrive, helpdesk made a scene about proper packing in the middle of a pandemic, poorly communicate with their partner courier companies, some customer service operators were really nice however most are really disengaged, never called or emailed back when they promised. Would definitely avoid this company in the future.
