When I had problems with my package, Eurosender didnt have the telephone number of the depot that had it in the Netherlands. They only had access to a call centre of Agents they used in the Netherlands which wasn’t at all helpful. We called the call centre repeated and many times were just cut off.. The call centre for the agents lied on several occasions about my package, getting loaded, then they couldn’t find it, then it will get loaded the next day....... I took a chance and drove to where I believed my package was last recorded. I was told by the agents on site that the call- centre their company uses creates a lot of problems that they are left to resolve. Luckily they gentleman that helped me was willing to go into the warehouse and look for my package as I was leaving the Netherlands the following day.
