Everyone I spoke to was very helpful.
There was a bit of confusion with arranging the pick up and drop off through both Eurosender and then DHL. I think this was almost unavoidable but if the amount of go between each company could be reduced it would be fantastic.
Still I must say I really enjoyed the service I received. My package was delivered on time, the people I spoke to were very helpful and everything went well.
