I will never again use Eurosender. No one showed up to pick up my parcel on the day it was confirmed, I never got an explanation from Rok Jarc who confirmed the pick up was arranged, I was lied by your CS team--completely appalling. I hadn't had such an awful experience in a very long time. I will not recommend it ever to anyone else. Absolute and utter garbage.
