Great service and persistance. The bag was delayed with the ongoing Covid19 situation but it arrived today! The Eurosender team were, throughout the delay, courteous and very fast to respond to my several anxious emails (within an hour usually). There were a few extra scratches on the bag but nothing serious.
I won’t hesitate to use them again if I need this sort of service. Great team - many thanks
