The package was never picked up! After calling and requiring information about it, the only thing said was that the person rang the bell several times and left a note, which was not true because we were home all day (the bell didn't ring) and no note found. We waited for two days and nothing happened so at the end the package was never picked but we were charged in full for the service. Really disappointed, unfortunately not recommended.
