They are super friendly from the start, no pressure to book straight away, I changed my itinerary plenty of times and they went with all the changes, suggesting better things along the way! I've waited for more than 3 years for this trip (Covid) and I'm so glad I was finally able to go this year. I couldn't have done it without their help and services. The travel pack is a life saver, detailing EVERYTHING you need for your train journeys, accommodation, places to eat/visit etc. As a solo female traveller, I have my own challenges, so this travel pack and knowing the team are contactable whenever I need is a BIG help.
