Fantastic experience, loved being able to travel around Europe without worrying about any of the hostel or train booking.
The one time I needed customer service, my call was answered quickly and the problem was resolved straight away.
The travel pack was amazing, even including helpful phrases in the local language of all the stops. Will 100% be using again when I next travel!
