Communication via email was very good and helpful. All questions answered and no wait time at all. I dealt with several members of staff throughout the process of creating my bespoke trip, booking it and planning for it. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and a pleasure to be in contact with. I would 100% use Euroventure again.
