It was really reassuring to be able to get in touch so easily with Euroventure, not just while booking and customising our trip but all the questions we had after and twice while we were away. Our flight starting the trip was delayed which meant that we missed our first train journey, but after we called the emergency line they sorted out new tickets within minutes. The second time was after a strike in Italy, we thought we were going to be stranded in a small town near the border with Slovenia but Euroventure reassured us they could put us up in a hotel for free for the night - as it happened we did manage to get a train via another route in the end, but knowing that we weren't going to be left stuck was a great help. The customer service was amazing and so was the travel pack with all the information about our trains and hostels. I've told all my friends about it and can't wait to book again!
