I don't normally write reviews but this company really did have good customer service because of the personal touch to everything. It's nice that they actually seem to care about your wellbeing? I was unfortunate enough to sustain an alcohol-induced injury on a pub crawl and Euroventure's emergency phone got a late night call and helped me sort stuff out. Also I missed a train and they gave me the info for the next one. Hostels were great too and really helpful and knowledgeable, plus met so many great and interesting people on my travels and even a couple of others with Euroventure too. Basically it's set up so that it feels like you're travelling independently, which you are I guess since it's still up to you where you go, but they do all the organising in advance. I've told mates at uni about them and looking to put a group together for next summer.
