Excellent customer service, I felt like you cared about me as an individual and I wasn't just another customer. Your response times to all my questions were excellent and you didn't ever make me feel stupid for asking a question. I think this business is definitely something to be proud of as I've never experienced customer service like it. The directions to the hotels were useful and accurate and the trains were always correct.
