Bought 4 wigs and only received 3. Contacted them every possible way hoping to receive the wig but was ignored. One of the wigs I also wished to return because I didn’t like the style. Website says you can only receive a refund if they’re contacted within 48hrs however they’re not attentive to emails. I even emailed the address that updated me on the tracking number and delivery. If you do buy from them be very careful.
