Really really bad service! No staff, they all seem to be in the back. Never answer the phone. When I did get hold of them they said my bike would be ready the next morning, when I got to the shop they said it was nearly ready just needed about 20 mins. 1 hour later still no bike.
While waiting in the shop people came and went without even seeing a member of staff. People asking me if I worked in the shop.
Appalling !
Still need other items for my bike but will not be getting them from Evans cycles that's for sure!!
