I recently purchased a GBP5k eMTB. The bike was sold to me as a MY21. As Evans do not ship e bikes outside the UK I asked fir the bike to be delivered to a freight forwarder.
I received a MY 20 bike.
When I queried, I was flatly told that this should have been checked in the UK. My order was from Dubai. No compensation and super poor customer service orientation. Stay away from these thugs!
