Another unhappy customer. Returned a light to the shop due to an intermittent fault (ie it would not switch on!). Was told it would have to go back to the manufacturer for testing and may take 4-6 weeks. Went in 3 times to be told its still not back but be patient. We will let you know when we receive it. Today, after 4 months waiting, i get told it never actually went to the manufacturer and it works fine so warranty claim cancelled! WTF!
Last time i shop there!
