I work in one of the shops and it's a destroyer of a love of cycling, believe me!
I'm horrified how nastily it treats its employees - even those who work on the front line.
I love talking bikes all day, would love to work for a company that truly supports its local cycling community but am prevented from doing so by this shambolic company - a company that treats us like something smelly it's trodden in!
Despite that, you'll get the best service we can muster as we care helluva lot more about our cycling community than this abysmal company does about us! :-(
