Within a day of ordering a bicycle I reached out to evanscycle in the only channel they support... email... to cancel the order because i changed my mind.
I was told to simply reject delivery, the parcel will go back to them and i'll get a refund. Alas, their delivery company left the package outside my door, refused to take it in.
I now have to be out of pocket to pay a courier firm to send back the product which i cancelled as early as 6 days before it even arrived!
