Bought a lock from them and it was received with no keys. They did send a replacement however.
Also bought two Knog lights in 8/2015, but the recommended recharge date said 10/2014! They barely hold a charge and Evans wants me to pay JPY 1200 to return the lights to them to inspect. Seems like fraud to sell expired products.
