Purchased a pannier from Evans Cycles, no issue with product, however their use of Hermes as a courier for me has let down the overall customer experience. No firm delivery date (2 texts) and final confirmation of date and time on the day it was delivered, 9days after the purchase.
Try leaving a review of the item along with delivery experience on Evans site and it's blocked! Will not use this company again until their courier is changed.
