Tried to buy a tyre today but the guy on the till ignored me because he was on the phone to a customer. Continued to ignore me for further 3 to 4 minutes. No acknowledgement of my presence, no attempt to find another assistant to help me. Rude and unwise behaviour. I just walked out without buying anything and shop lost a £45 sale.
I generally find Evan staff very helpful but I shan't shop in that branch again
