Do not even think about working for this company, particularly because you enjoy cycling.
Make no mistake - this company IS the Sportsworld of the cycle industry and actively encourages its managers to exploit and hurt you in any way they can. It even incites other staff to do this as well.
It has such a low opinion of its staff it even struggles to pay the minimum wage to them.
I've never worked for a company that has such an inherently nasty culture - avoid!, avoid!, avoid!
