Avoid any mechanical repair - your bike will come back worse - that is if they attempt the repair in the first place.
Gear cable frayed within 200 miles after they adjusted because of chain dropping since new. At first service this was pointed out - it was printed on the repair receipt and .... they didn't touch it.
Bike given back to me and first ride the following day, the chain drops off. These guys are not imo bike mechanics. Reminds me of yts trainees.
