All round, a pretty bad service right from the start. Had to made to wait 3 weeks for a refund! Seeked consumer advice and emailed Evans and all replies were false promises, basically lying until the 3rd email i eventually received a refund without any explanation or sorry! With this kind of service it’s no wonder that Evans is going out of busy with major financial losses! Customer support is more like a circus act than a service that can actually help! Brought 2 pairs of shoes online, email confirmation was wrong size, couldn’t change details as the account/order didn’t exist, couldn’t do nothing until they got returned from a click & collect which took 2 weeks instead of 2-5 days! Shameful service/business/sales & disgraceful image that’s reflected as a leading bicycle business in the U.K…….joke! Wrap the business up & move aside as it’s quite clear that Evans isn’t up to it & let someone else take over!
