What has happened to Evans Cycles? Not what it used to be... I used a Cycle to Work scheme voucher for an online purchase, which was applied at check out absolutely fine. I noticed a few days later that my card had been charged for the order. They don't have a customer service number to call anymore. I've had to go through a ridiculous process and wait to make contact with a real person, which is only available via email. Their solution.... return the items at my own cost (c£90 for two big boxes) and restart the process! Will be returning the items but certainly won't be replacing the order
