Just collected my Specialized hybrid from the Reading store. I was served by Ella C who was absolutely fantastic, she was extremely knowledgeable and helped to set the bike up for me. I purchased lights and a cage from Instore, she helpful fitted these for me without asking.
Great staff like this means I will be a repeat customer, and will deafinatley recommend this store to all. Great work Ella.
