Evans Plymouth - they take forever to do even the most minor of work - I has spokes pop on my new bike which i purchased through them from Cyclescheme - the back wheel was covered under warranty. They have had my bike for two weeks. I even gave them the warranty phone number and confirmed that the manufacturers had agreed a warranty replacement.
They are so completely disorganised and useless.
I will not be using them again.
