Only interested in selling me a new bike. offered no help with maintenance on an old bike. Seemed to me that they wanted commission on sales rather than just fixing an old wheel.
Felt like I was being given short service so he could serve the people behind who wanted a new bike.
Left the shop without what I came in for, and had to find an alternate solution. Given this experience I wouldn't buy a new bike from them either
