In spite of having contacted Head Office twice per email, I’ve had no acknowledgment of the emails or a response. I purchased 2 bikes on 12 months credit in October last year yet only 1 bike is reflected on my Evans account. Surely they must have realised something is wrong when they did their last stocktake?
I must add that the staff in the Chiswick branch are fantastic unlike the H/O after sales service.
