Placed my order on the 12th of April, still no delivery or at least a response from their customer service team that i have contacted through as many forms as possible.
24 days since my order was placed and i doubt I'll hear back from them this week either, such a terrible experience for a first time purchase.
Item status on the website stuck on 'waiting' for almost two weeks, not really sure what's going on and having ££££ out of your bank with nothing to show for it is quite upsetting.
