Ordered a bike mid April and they said it was in stock and would take 14 days, this then went up to 21 days and then I contacted support and they said it would take 7 days to respond. 7 days??? To respond to an email?
Still no bike 21 days later. STAY AWAY from Evans. Useless in all respects.
