Ordered a bike, delivery lead times stated 10-14 days at time of ordering.
19 days later no bike, I complained to customer service member and they said bike would be sent out on Monday (day 21) and I would receive delivery email that day.
It is now day 22 and no delivery email. I tried complaining to customer service chat and got through THREE separate times. On each occasion the CS member (always someone called Sam) ignored me for 20 mins (as in didn't reply at all) and then they ended the chat without any notice.
Disgusting way to treat customers.
