The worst online retail experience of my life...
Probably the worst online retail experience I have ever had...
- Said it would be 10 - 14 day delivery online
- Taken my payment online £1000
- Heard nothing for 28 days
- Web chat offline all day everyday
- No response to email 14 days ago
- No response to Facebook message 7 days ago
I'm now stuck in limbo and cannot do anything - regardless of COV-19 this company should not be allowed to profiteer by misleading customers.
Had I known the above was going to happen I would never have ordered - they know there is an issue yet are still taking peoples money. Disgraceful...
