100 year heritage is currently going down the pan due to the service being provided to their clients. Money taken instantly, whilst delivering the products is not happening with no way of contacting them to ask what's going on. Have a look at TrustPilot or Evan Facebook page to understand the extent of the issue. Phonelines closed, web chat unavailable, emails non responsive, FB messenger non responsive. It goes on.... I'm on day 22 and still no bike, no knowledge of when it will be delivered and no way of cancelling because you can't get hold of them.
