Ordered my bike on the 22nd of may (trek roscoe 7) stated in stock, checked website for any delivery delays as i expected in the pandemic, on their website they state bikes are delivered within 14 days and click and collect would be faster, i chose this option and 16 days in and my bike hasnt even gotten one stage further in the process, also contacting them is impossible, they are also continuing to lie on social media and on their website now stating bikes are dispatched in 3-7 days, this is a complete lie, avoid at all costs, i have had family and friends all ordering bikes during the pandemic which all had pleasant experiences with other companies, if their order was late it was by a couple of days and they were kept informed, evans does not do this.
