Why can't I put ZERO star?
It's the oddest purchase experience. (understood the unusual lockdown situation might give certain factors of it. That's salvage for 1 star)
My bad experiences include :
- Incomplete delivery address thus delayed delivery.
- Missing assembly tools.
- Sending wrong e-bike charge of another brand.
- Chasing for 3 weeks but not a single reply/feedback through multiple means.
Getting less hope to find a solution to get my e-bile going.
