Terrible company. I had issues claiming a cashless wristband refund after an event, followed all the suggestions they recommended numerous times and provided a screenshot as proof, which they had asked for. Still couldn't claim my refund despite following their advice. I had a family emergency so couldn't try for just over a week and when I tried it said the event had expired, despite not being told there was a deadline to claim. I was then told their troubleshooting tips did work and the deadline had passed so I couldn't get a refund. If their tips had worked, I wouldn't have been able to provide them the screenshot of it not working?? Il make sure I avoid any events they're linked with in future.
