“Bad bad company, I had to practically beg and chase them for weeks for refund. Then the full amount wasn't even returned? Terrible customer service and business practice.”
“Sydney festival was cancelled. Then they emailed us to request for a refund before the due date which I did .I get stupid automated emails. 1 email sent to say they sent the wrong email about refunds. Then I get another email to say they received my email for a refund. That it would take 15 working days. Its now almost 3 weeks. Poor service and I wouldn't recommend anyone buying off thus company.”
“Used their cashless technology for our event and was really impressed. Easy to implement, and we particularly liked the extra analytics we got and increase in customer spend. Event-goers also seemed to prefer it.”
“Extremely poor communication, a gig was cancelled due to one of the band members having covid, I understand this can’t be helped however spend lots of money on tickets and have not had a reply in over two weeks despite 5 emails being sent and two messages via Facebook and instagram. The number provided states due to the current pandemic there is no phone line!
Not good enough if you ask me avoid at all costs! Pay extra and go with a well known ticket company.
I’m in the process of taking legal action! Absolute disgrace!”
“The system is not bad and works, but they have a terrible service. The Problem is, that we had to wait 5 weeks for the money and in the end we even had to threaten with a lawyer.”
“One of their many trading names. (fest ticket, ticket arena)
They have really poorly designed automated systems and little to no human interaction and They just close any support tickets you raise.
I have brought tickets to 3 festivals from these trading names and every time it has been an absolute nightmare.
Currently dealing with an issue where they have deleted my tickets in error because I requested a name change.”
“Terrible company. I had issues claiming a cashless wristband refund after an event, followed all the suggestions they recommended numerous times and provided a screenshot as proof, which they had asked for. Still couldn't claim my refund despite following their advice. I had a family emergency so couldn't try for just over a week and when I tried it said the event had expired, despite not being told there was a deadline to claim.
I was then told their troubleshooting tips did work and the deadline had passed so I couldn't get a refund.
If their tips had worked, I wouldn't have been able to provide them the screenshot of it not working??
Il make sure I avoid any events they're linked with in future.”
