They have really poorly designed automated systems and little to no human interaction and They just close any support tickets you raise.
I have brought tickets to 3 festivals from these trading names and every time it has been an absolute nightmare.
Currently dealing with an issue where they have deleted my tickets in error because I requested a name change.
